It all started when...
After what felt like my life shattering around me I realized that I needed some support. I began looking to alternative healing methods to ease my emotional suffering. I tried everything and talked to everyone searching for relief.
Eventually I found modalities that worked for me and I began to notice shifts in my emotional balance and felt more in control in my life. The blessing in all this is that my life now looks completely different.
With this I felt the call to embrace Energy Studies and Healing Arts. With that I share my journey and hold space for other women. My passion is to help women heal and dance between the darkness and light of life.
